Slow Down/Warm Up

Last week, I provided an example that included winter specific self care for people who may be having a hard time meeting their needs for physical activity due to the season. But for people who have their exercise/physical activity routines in place, there is likely still a need for additional self care ideas related to down time.

In the summertime, we may relax by soaking up the sun on the beach, picnicking in the park, or grilling out in the backyard.
